Anyyyyyway, to answer your long-ago asked question, enabling Xbox would be extremely difficult - all accounts would need to be reset. Why? Let's look at this example.

@Manwee has an Xbox live account called ManweeOfficial because someone else has claimed the Xbox name Manwee. Manwee's BrokenLens username is Manwee and enabling Xbox live would enable that guy with the Xbox name Manwee to be able to log into Manwee's account.

Hey, I have a question, why do you have to sign out of Xbox live to play on this server? This is the only server that does that, and I'm still waiting for this server to enable Xbox live, and that lowered 40% on why I play Minecraft. So please enable Xbox live.

Same here, you need to login to Xbox Live to play Windows 10 edition. Honestly I'm sort of pissed about that.
