What level is required to make a crew???

I've heard different answers on what level is needed for a crew. I was originally told it was lvl 300, but recently I've been told It's 120. Currently I'm lvl 135, and I would like to know if I could make a crew.

It’s level 120
But u can make one if ur under level 120 but u need a rank

I’m pretty sure you can create a crew with the level you’re at

As you can make a crew with a rank it won't be official until you reach level 120. I created a crew and it won't even pull up for me when I search it. But, it's because my level isn't high enough for it to be updated into the server.
