In the crew I am in, the founder of the crew is inactive and isn't on Brlns anymore, is there a way to transfer ownership since they don't use Brlns? And no, I have no contact with them, but they haven't been on for about over 4 months. I don't want to make a new crew because it already has...

I've heard different answers on what level is needed for a crew. I was originally told it was lvl 300, but recently I've been told It's 120. Currently I'm lvl 135, and I would like to know if I could make a crew.

I wanted to make a crew, but i'm not on level 120 yet. If I join one now, will I be able to make one later and leave the one i joined previously?
