Unbanning players question

I don’t believe popular players have more of a chance in getting unbanned / unmuted, I personally don’t treat them differently at all.
I don’t think people realize the ridiculous amount of people who literally spends hours criticizing us simply because we banned or muted one of their friends or overall a popular player, most of the time theres multiple people who create 7 thousand ban appeal for them or spam our conversations, profiles, etc - that doesn’t (shouldn’t) affect our decision at all, regardless of the fact nobody likes being broke down or having all these hateful words thrown at them, it doesn’t change the fact they’ve broken one of our rules.
It’s also quite annoying whenever people suggest you’ve made a mistake and need to unban them right this second, it’s like people are trying to say you literally can’t even do your job right whenever they most likely know nothing of the situation.
I don’t believe it should affect our decision whenever people are being super rude or spamming, you pretty much have to push all that away and focus on the situation with the banned (or) muted user, I must admit sometimes people genuinely do break you down to the point you might be a little more soft on your decision or think a little bit more about unbanning them, but you shouldn’t treat them any differently.
I don’t think people can deny the fact most low leveled players don’t get hacked very often while high leveled ranked user are more likely ‘targeted’ for hackers, not to mention the fact they share their password with like 20 different people, although their account is their responsibility, it’s quite hard to tell if it’s even been hacked or who might’ve done it since there would be multiple different devices / usernames, ips, etc, on their account.
I definitely base my decision off of words, if someone simply explains themselves like ‘hey so I’m banned and my account got hacked it was my brother but I’m soz sry for hacking pls unban me!’ There’s like, a high possibility they’re lying lol. Also, most hackers are indeed low leveled players, the fact they haven’t put any of their time into BrokenLens to actually enjoy it without hacks could affect our decision as well, because it just shows they aren’t exactly here to enjoy our minigames or make anybody else’s gameplay fair.
While high leveled players don’t hack very much, we’d most likely catch them way before they get to a high level anyways. If they’re honest and admit their mistake, then why not think about giving them a second chance? It’s the same thing with low level users as well.

I’d have to disagree with pretty much all that, we have thousands of people throughout the whole BrokenLens network - if we lost one or two high leveled players, it wouldn’t exactly affect us.

The player that got unbanned need to be glitch or lag so they can fly
