Unbanning players question

Why do the staff members unban "high levels or premium" players when they hack or when their account gets hacked and someone hacks in their account but they don't unban "new players or low level' players when they hack when when their account gets hacked and someone hacks in their account, isn't it unfair?
Yep, it's unfair, just because they have a rank or they have high level it doesn't mean they are "better" than new players, so many high level and premium players got unbanned for this reason and NONE of new players or FEW got unbanned, if new players don't deserve second chance because they are "new or low level" it doesn't mean ALL high level or premium players deserve second chance.
I've seen some ban appeals for that reason and the staff always say " your account is your responsibility, we cannot unban you if someone hacks in your account"/" you'll stay banned because hacking isn't allowed in the server"
And they say to high level or premium players "I'll give you a second chance and I'll keep an eye on you/ I'll unban you and reset your password"
Just why, I need an answer.

I did get the same answer when my brother played in my account and got banned.

Though, I see new players getting unbanned, it really just depends on how their attitude is when they make ban appeals.
And not all High levels get unbanned. Many high levels and premiums get banned and stay banned.

Ok, so someone has asked me that question a few days ago, because of some things that happened in the past with like Paty and and PurplePond.

So I think it is simply because these people investigated money on the server and because we always try to mind drama, when a high level gets banned.
As you know, many people started a big drama when paty got banned and spammed ban appeals etc. and when a normal player gets banned... who creates 20 threads a day for them?
In addition to that, the people with a high rank kind of are addicted to this server and it is let's say a "passion" for them so they pretty much investigated days of their lives to keep this community, the servers etc. alive.

These are not my opinions, these are conclusions that I took from that what happened in the past.


Maybe I am wrong so...

I don't agree @feildlearner610 me n alot of peeps have done alot of ban appeals but he still banned n actually I don't denie he made a mistake not turning rapid building off but ye he isnot low lvl also procandle

Not to mention, that premium players friends will harass staff everyday until said person gets unbanned, so I would understand if they don't want to deal with that.
