Targeting Rule and Cases I've Noticed

You can call it targeting when the 4+ kills happened in a short time span.
That means that it doesn't count when the person kills you 3 times in a row, then it kills 3 other people and then you again.

That is NOT Targeting:
*Marco kills Dabbing*
