Targeting Rule and Cases I've Noticed

Before a staff comes and argues about whats targeting and whats not, and tells me I'm not a staff, let me explain me and SenpaiBakaa's, a staff, thinking.

Thinking:
One time, experiment_2000 killed me 5 times in an OITC game. I pointed this out to Senpai, but he said if someone kills you five times, but kills a lot of other people as well, its not technically "targeting" as people might think. Now onto the cases I've experienced and have seen.
Cases:
1. Mine
Alright, so one time I was playing on a map, and I accidentally killed someone (names won't be mentioned). However, I killed quite a few other people (this isn't seen in the pics he posted unfortunately). Just my case, but my 11 year old voice will croak in this thread.

2. Vunnelipea
Again, Vunn accidentally killed someone five times, but had a STREAK OF SEVEN KILLS, as seen in the photos posted. Basically what I'm trying to get at is that people are killing a lot of people, but are accidentally killing people five times.

3. FireIcePVPBoy
Alright, so I didn't get to see the thread for this case, but someone pointed out that Fire had had SEVERAL streaks in that certain game. Oh well, not the best case to use, but I thought I'd include it.

Therefore, this is MY seeing of certain cases, and if staff disagree, they disagree. I don't care about others opinions, and I respect them. However, this is just something interesting I noticed. Thanks!

Yeah, my voice was croaky in this, meaning I spat out stupid info. But I think the main word in this to me is STREAKS.

Also, I checked Fire's case, and he didn't have SEVERAL streaks like I said, but I did notice something; after he killed the victim 4 times, he got a three kill streak, which means either he died after killing her once, or he simply killed other people as well. I don't know which one, but I'd unfortunately go for the first option.

So Fire's case dosen't prove the case, and mine didn't have any proof, but I'm not a liar, like people think I am. Vunns does however strongly prove my thinking.

Thats unfortunate. iPad users have it good though, and they can simply get it in settings

What if u kill 4 ppl and then like... know that if u kill them one more time, it’ll be considered as targeting. So u stay away from them. BUT, the person tries to get to you so do u let them kill u so that it isn’t five kills? Or do u try to kill them as defense so that u don’t loose a life? Honestly screenshots are bs

Hmm, it was more of a "streak game" to me. Think about the game. I had streaks.
