RQFT (Random Question for Today)

How do you cope with stress/anger/sadness/etc.?

Here are some methods I use:
  • Watching a video
  • Listening to music
  • Playing games
  • Sleep
Stress: inhale, hold, exhale.
Practice mindfulness.

Anger: I tend to physically vent my anger. Eg. Kick or punch an object.


Saddness: thankful to have empathetically supportive peers to help me escape My Valley of the shadow of despair
Apart from that, if I am alone, I get retrospectively grateful for the good that did happen.

A good movie and food helps. Stay fit!

Dogs (god arent they great)
Crying until I somewhat feel better
Gripping my head, breathing slowly, and pacing. Pacing helps a lot.
Kicking the wall but then breaking my toe which makes me even more angry-
Music
Just lying in bed and thinking
Talking to Beni :p
Eating. My number one go-to is eating. You should try it. It helps.
