How do you cope with stress/anger/sadness/etc.?

Here are some methods I use:
  • Watching a video
  • Listening to music
  • Playing games
  • Sleep
 
I find distracting myself works the best. When feeling that way distract yourself by doing things you enjoy (drawing, cooking, taking a walk or finishing a puzzle etc.)

I also have a really weird and babyish way of coping too...

  • Talking to friends
  • Playing games
  • Distracting myself with work and whatever takes my mind off of whatever is bothering me
  • Reading
  • Cry sometimes
Weird ways:
  • Just drowning myself in a pillow
  • Looking at old photos of family, friends, online friends and wondering if I should edit them and make the photo itself look funny so I can laugh at it
  • Giving myself flashbacks of times I got hurt (physically (falling, kicking something hard by accident, stubbing my toe))
  • Staring at the ceiling for hours when I should be doing something productive
  • Eating food

Music, coming on here, recently, ive been watching dinosaur documentaries (ive had a very stressful week ok lol)

i also get very destructive xD

Music is an excellent healer. Playing video games is too, but it depends. If there is a game that causes you to rage, you probably shouldn’t play it xD

or go for a walk in midnight
