its say "1 friend online amengaming" but if i spectate him its said "amengaming is not online" why?

You are in the Waiting Area, so maybe that's why you can't spectate him or you saw that he was online but after some time he might have gone offline.

You're probably not in the right game or server as him. Try /friend join and try /friend spectate <yo friend>

/friend join ? i never use that commands before?

You were in the Waiting Area of a game and you can't actually spectate anyone if you're in the Waiting Area of a game. Try doing /hub and then /friend spectate. Hope it helped ^^
