vertx is inactive.

just because he's inactive doesn't mean that he won't fix this issue , sometimes he is online and we do not know it, he's always trying to make the server better everyday by fixing some bugs on the server , thats why this section was created

Only relloging and/or /hub could could fix this, this always happens when your ping got too high that it bugs how you open your inventory (including pop up thingies like the brokenlens settings and the shops)
