i guess is a bug entity so if this happen to you again please reply again if this happen to you just want to confirmed if this is an entity bug.

1 Info Confirmed By Player : It has a good ping,can hit player and break block.
2 Info Confirmed By Player Friends : It is not because of entity since I've told him to disconnect and reconnect. Also, he can deal damage to others (minions, mobs, players). It could be some bug with specific lines in the game code related to opening pop-up UI in the server technically.
