I don’t think it’s possible, but to prevent unwanted members in the future you can set your crew to private

I feel like this is a feature that should be added though! Though I've Never owned a crew nor joined any other crew that I'm in now but it'd be nice, I don't believe there is a specific number of people that is or isn't allowed in a crew otherwise they would have this feature. Unlike another Large Minecraft server that has "Crews" in them which only allow a specific number of people so "Crew" owners/mods often kick inactive members.

There is currently no way to kick members from your crew. But who knows, that feature might get added in the near future.
