Hazard honestly i think if you'd check stuff with other admins first before you do anything, it'd be better for you. You'll confuse less people and reduce trouble of false info getting out. Thanks.

My opinions,points of view regarding you are 100% true.I think you are too strict and a high tempered staff who is not polite with some people including me.Not only focusing on pessimistic factors,You do your work professionally.Try being polite with everyone and destroy all your anger and hatred from 2018 and start fresh.Now apologise me for being rude.I am condemned with your attributes.:geek::p
Also,You are kinda conceited that no one can teach you how to do your job.

In the olden days of me trying to be a tryhard, I noticed a lot of times there would be something that I thought was wrong for a punishment and comforted you. But you didn’t listen to me at all, and thought I said that I was questioning your authority as a staff member. I don’t care if you’re strict or not, but the reason I didn’t like you was because you never took in constructive criticism. It seemed like you thought we weren’t smart enough to do ordinary staff things.
Not that I know of anymore, since I haven’t done any hack reports of ban appeals in a while, so may you have improved from what I’ve seen in this thread :)

I dont want to answer this question, cause i know/ i believe into myself that god created us with happiness and politeness and i believe that no one is strict, bad, etc. Cause for me all of us is good. We are just doing our life role and others think that were bad, for me theres no bad, its only good haha (sorry for my grammar) *nose bleed*

I always see people talk about you. I think the main reason is because everybody has to compare all the staff members to each other “sunset is more friendly, and Hazard just acts afk when he doesn’t wanna talk with people.”
I guess people still don’t understand everybody is different, and assume just about everything.

I’ve seen one too many people say that Hazard shouldn’t be a Mod that he should just be a helper or nothing at all. But really I don’t understand it because you are doing your job and sometimes you gotta be strict to get the point across to people or something.

You’re a good person Hazard and also good at your job, I hope you aren’t letting people get you down :p

What you need to improve on? Getting more sleep and focusing on yourself more often lmao.

Well tbh when i had my first impression of you, you came off as kind of like those adults who think “oh its just a child who doesnt know anything why should i even try to get them to understand” er aura you take your job very seriously so maybe just lay back a tad and try to understand situations more
Ssunsetts in alot of favor cause she accepts mostly anyones friend req and just does her job quietly with a thank yous here and there :p
