Hello there, I can help with this problem is, do you have any screenshots as proof of you logged in to your account on the server? For example, if you joined the server, the chat will say "Welcome Back "Your Name"" or if you won the game, the chat will say ""Your name" from the name crew, won a minigame game. Also, unfortunately, there is no way to reset your password yourself, only global moderators and admins can reset it.
I check around and made sure & I don't have screenshots. I'd change my user like it recommended, but I am on Windows 10 and it costs money :/ Is there any other ways to solve this? And thank you for letting me know.
From what I have seen on other threads like this, there is another way. If you remember some of your statistics on your account on server(like your crew, level, wins, kills, etc.), staff members will reset your password. Do you remember your stats on your account in server?
I have fixed my problem! I looked at my xbox live account and saw I wasn't logged in. Now that I am, I have full access to my information & accounts. Just in case though, I'll still change my password so I can write it down for future use. I've inserted a screenshot of my login.
