Hi, my friend forgot her account password. Is there anyway she could change it still?

I quickly found out after a day without login I was logged out of my account. I don't recall being logged out or having to log in before this happened. Unfortunately, I can't remember my password. Can anyone help out with this problem, and is there a way to reset it to a new password? Thank you!
