It doesn't send me like this . Something is wrong or its maybe a glitch
If you cannot provide enough proof then I don't think the staff will be able to put the rank on your account.
Also, it depends on what you purchased it through and how. What did you use to purchase it? Paypal, google credit, a debit card? If it's still pending then that means it hasn't taken your money. AT ALL. And you should be capable of refunding and trying again. Trust me, I've bought PLENTY of things, and I've dealt with this problem. Just cancel the payment and try again. This should work.

If not then I'd have to agree with C0ntrxct that this is a little fishy. I've bought plenty of ranks and I've always received emails. Trust me, you'll find it.

But, unless you complete the purchase then the staff WILL NOT add your rank. "pending" items don't count because it isn't purchased. You have to go through a full payment to receive your perks. And no they didn't "scam" you. If is was completed then we'd have a problem, but it isn't so you still have a chance to cancel they payment and redo it.

There is no need for you to get hostile. He's just as concerned as many of us that you can't seem to find proof.
He never called you a liar, he only asked a question. Yes, he said it seems sketchy, but honestly I think many people are finding it to seem this way. :p

just try out what I recommended and if it doesn't work inform someone. :inlove:

I think google play store and brlns will send u 2 receipts in total.
And if ur purchased by google play, u must be using ur own google acc, by that means u will receive that things properly.
Also, google play store's receipt won't be sent to spam section...
Also,like Maddie said, brlns always send receipt if ur paid. I bought one e rank for myself and two for my friends, I got three receipt in total.

That's weird dude. Only if u show the proof like wut I gave to u, the staffs could confirm that u have paid it.

I've dealt with this problem before. I wouldn't lie to you. If it's PENDING you WILL NOT receive the perk. You'll have to cancel the payment and try again.

Also, if you did try this it could be the store as well. It could be waiting to process your payment. (But waiting for this will take some time, so it will be better to cancel and start over. You will receive a full refund. :rolleyes:)

Not BrokenLens. I mean whatever he is paying through. As long as (and ONLY if) his purchase is still pending he can cancel the payment, get his money back, and redo the purchase. Yes the brokenlens store doesn't refund I believe. But even if, as long as it's the payment method and not the store that's pending he can get his money back. <3 As I mentioned, it's just based on what he's paying through. (Like Paypal, debit, etc.) :inlove:
