If you cannot provide enough proof then I don't think the staff will be able to put the rank on your account.It doesn't send me like this . Something is wrong or its maybe a glitch
Also, it depends on what you purchased it through and how. What did you use to purchase it? Paypal, google credit, a debit card? If it's still pending then that means it hasn't taken your money. AT ALL. And you should be capable of refunding and trying again. Trust me, I've bought PLENTY of things, and I've dealt with this problem. Just cancel the payment and try again. This should work.
If not then I'd have to agree with C0ntrxct that this is a little fishy. I've bought plenty of ranks and I've always received emails. Trust me, you'll find it.
But, unless you complete the purchase then the staff WILL NOT add your rank. "pending" items don't count because it isn't purchased. You have to go through a full payment to receive your perks. And no they didn't "scam" you. If is was completed then we'd have a problem, but it isn't so you still have a chance to cancel they payment and redo it.
