It’s not a scam, we unfortunately just can’t do anything without proof you bought the rank - BrokenLens always sends an email as far as I’m aware, so the order ID should be there or you should have some sort of proof you bought the rank. How’d you buy it? Pay pal?

since the app is only on android rn, you should've received a google play receipt, AND btw they always send a receipt.
