Chargeback Appeal

Ok so I was banned on 4/8/17 after the restart at 12:00pm. It seems I was permanently banned on every server for BrokenLens . My IGN is MinecraftDoor1. I have no idea why I was banned from BRLNS I don't hack or use glitches. My account it level 964. It says I was banned for a "general" reason and I have no idea who banned me. I have never been banned before please help. When I tried a different account on a different tablet it also says you are permanently banned.

It happened due to a chargeback on our store, made my someone called Joy Tagg.

The server automatically ban whoever start a chargeback since it harm BrokenLens. sorry.
