I am sorry to say this but Chargeback is a serious offence on the server as @Flowingmedia has explained. It means that the credit card company declined the purchase And BrokenLens could not take out the $25 for the Emerald rank that was purchased using that card. The money was charged back at BrokenLens meaning that we lose that money and instead we have to pay. Normally Chargebacks are strictly set to an IP-Ban and this stops the user from ever joining the server again {your issue}.

Okay.

All these accounts were banned by the store system today:
_ItzAsh_, MinecraftDoor1, Kylie_MC, x_Ash_x

Your minecraft name was transfered to Kylie_MC, by using a transfer ticket. (That was the purchase)

And all these accounts were using the "Joy tagg" email, the guy who made the chargeback.

I'm gonna tag @vertx in this because I think that the decision on this should be made from him as he is the overall Owner of BrokenLens and should decide what will happen because of the Chargeback.
