Most other, more successful servers, like beehive or pixel on drugs, have teams of developers working on their server. Maybe some devs working on fixing bugs, or maybe another few working on another game. However, this server is only one guy, which somewhat explains why there are so many bugs that have gone unfixed.

The staff does consider most of the criticism, it what helps to improve the server! But if some criticism leads into a fight, they will lock the thread!

Please don't turn it into a fight guys- this is why we end up locking threads- you are entitled to your opinions- noone is scared of "losing their ranks" I have never seen anyone (staff) say threads have to be "kind" and we don't need to show you threads badmouthing specific staff to prove to you or anyone that they have been made- I have never seen a thread with actual criticism get locked or deleted unless it turned into a fight - we sit there with our popcorn? I can see there is no point trying to have a discussion :(

Although i didn't, i just agreed only on your 2 points.

1. I agreed on when you said
any real life employer would defend their employees the same way-
