Bruh,brokenlens has too many bugs,can't even speed bridge continuously and combo! No other regions and my ping is so HIGH! Brokenlens is still like stuck in the 2016's kind of servers! They don't make big updates about the whole server itself! Community is very toxic and doesn't even get banned

According to my calculations your opinion’s is wrong (in my opinion)
Because :
1. Brokenlens doesn’t have too much bugs , its just has little bit of bugs but it’s not too much and it’s not vertx’s fault that the speed bridge continuously and combo thing isn’t working

2.if your ping is so high then try getting closer to your wifi router , and if your wifi router suck then it’s not the owner’s fault-

3.ofc the updates aren’t that big , vert is the only owner who can control the whole server and the lobby’s (which is why there is ppl has the tag “builder” just to help vert with the builds)

4.the community is a little bit toxic but the toxicity is going down because of the staff’s , mod , etc.
Muting them or banning them (if they bypass the chat filter or something-)

so if I do my calculations correctly the toxic kids are getting banned/muted really fast if there inappropriate reactions or smthing.

Lol, so many bugs here:

1.
BrokenLens indeed has many bugs.
About combo- Yes, PvP system in BL is very questionable, (look at my new thread on Suggestions and ideas).This has been around even when i first joined BL.Even when my wifi is extremely good.Vertx needs to fix this.But, he refused to do it.I wonder why?


2. Wifi plays a big role.If your wifi is bad, then you can't do anything about it.However, server can lag too and we all immediantelly start lagging, this has happen a lot of times.


3. The only recent updates on the server we had were just maps.

Hey look you know im been playing brokenlens for 1 year and ive only expireints 2 bugs that means brokenlens isnt that buggy and yeah ill start explaining you first things first you can speed bridge on brokenlens you can even jump bridge and 360 i dont know what is ur proboblem but probobly its just ur wifi thats why u cant speedbridge and the combo if ur a hive player ur probobly gonna hate the bl's knockback but and i kinda agreed to fix the knockback and ur wrong with the updates when they update they release 100+ maps no other bedrock server that can releas 100+ maps in 1 update and did you just say that brokenlens is stuck on 2016 i will take this one a evidence that ur just a new minecraft player maybe explore the server a little bit more brokenlens have krazy karts which is very futuristic and housings too that u wont see on any otheylr featured server and the mobwars i think mobwars is more futuristic that corewars,cakewars, and eggwars ok thank you for listening

No, most staff cannot take criticism. They will view player's criticism as a rude/offensive thing.All they do pretty much is

3. Making non sense excuses

I looked how old staff members were discussing about criticism and they did a good job.But now, if you make a critical statement about why BL is this why BL is that, your thread is gonna be locked, ignored, etc.All you have to do is be "KIND" and thats how staff will support you.

Shadow- I disagree- The only time I have seen threads get locked or deleted is when:
A) they personally attack a staff member- I think if people have a legit complaint about a particular staff member they should make a conversation with an admin- not start a thread trying to shame the staff member - any real life employer would defend their employees the same way- they aren't going to let people publicly slander their employees <and we aren't paid for the time we spend trying to help everyone- it's all hours spent of our own time>

B) the community gets into a toxic fight (players defending Brokenlens can ruin a thread just as easily as players making the thread) I believe if people came with bug reports instead of saying "BL is awful it has so many bugs that aren't fixed, the staff is terrible, the community is toxic - how is that constructive? It is just laying the groundwork for a fight- great you think we suck- how are we supposed to leave threads like that open when it is brought up in a way that starts a battle between the player complaining and the ones defending it?

Brokenlens is what it is- yes we only have one owner/developer who also has an irl job and spends countless hours working on BL- it's not an excuse its facts - yes there are bugs and yes they can be frustrating but I still love BL - and not just because I'm staff here- I love /frm /grm /prm I love being able to laugh and joke with people across the whole server- I finally tried another big featured server and hated it because it doesn't have the same sense of community- nobody talks to eachother - I also could go on and on and write a book here but I won't- just know that I guarantee you vertx reads every bug report in the bug report section and every criticism - I know for a fact he listens because when I come up with hard evidence (videos and detailed information) to help him with bugs he fixes them - BL will never go back to how it was because of all the featured servers- when a 10 year old kid opens Minecraft and sees 6 (idk how many there are.....) featured servers they are never going to have to go looking for another minecraft server

If you have the best answer then give them ur answer.If the problem is serious, would u like to get some things clear or just lock the thread without any response.Are you staff afraid to discuss about it bcuz vertx will remove ur rank?
I seriously can't understand this whole concept of being "kind".Indeed, you have to be kind in order to be staff.BUT, you have to be good at solving problems.

Hey, I know everyone has their own opinions, but I do believe the staff is doing their hardest to help. And most of the staff here does it all for free! Hosting and maintaining a server is a lot of very hard work!
