Idk if it's good or not. So how u guys opinion?

I suggest to add Birthday rank and it will look like this

HBD E PlayerName (if that person have rank)

Or maybe

PlayerName
BIRTHDAY​

I recomend to set birthday rank only on forum just in case someone using fake birthday date. So ppl cant set their own date on da server. And also make a rule that if ppl want to change their birthday date, it must smth like max 3 changes or every 2 or 3 or more month for once change.

Not a lot and not same as premium rank advantage. I recomend to add another particle or smth gift like exp or coins or maybe birthday hat.
