I think we should just unban him from BrokenLens, I think they're telling the truth. And I'm pretty sure the guy's mad at us too, I think the right choice for us to make here is to unban his son's ign. I mean you wouldn't want his son to spread bad rumors about BrokenLens

I feel really bad for him and his son, and the user Jay is probably very common, so anyone could enter it without signing into the account and hacked. If there was a hacker named Jay before and he got banned, how was it even possible for his son to enter the game? It would've said this account is permanently banned from the server before he got in the lobby, but it clearly said he has already started to shoot people with the hoe

He could've shut down MCPE and someone else who named their ign Jay went in and hacked

Yes,I do think if his son gets unbanned the problem will be solved,but what I think we should do is unban the IGN "Jay",and tell this guy to change the IGN to JayLBC.When that's done we can ban the IGN "Jay" again because his new IGN is JayLBC,and problem solved right?

No,I mean that we unban the account Jay,and tell the guy to tell his son to make his IGN JayLBC,THEN we ban the account Jay again and his son will be using the account JayLBC.So the hacker Jay will stay banned,but his son JayLBC won't be banned.
