Banned and don't know why

hello

My 7 year old son tried to enter the quake craft server and was told he is banned. He is very upset and has no idea why he was banned. I am sure he didn't do anything wrong. He just "goes in the portal, does some exploring, and shoots people with a garden hoe"

Yea Ikr ummmm I think a lot of players get ban for not doing anything wrong tho they have to go do a ban appeals its means when a player got ban for mistake you have do it then explained why you got ban for that reason tho ok jay do you have any prove when your son got ban from staff or something pop out of his screen tho that say it's has be mistake ask you go to forums

Well for one I didn't ban him. Two, we have had incidente before were "My Son Has Been Banned" but it wasnt. We are most likely not unbanning you or your son since you are probably a kid
