My 7 year old son tried to enter the quake craft server and was told he is banned. He is very upset and has no idea why he was banned. I am sure he didn't do anything wrong. He just "goes in the portal, does some exploring, and shoots people with a garden hoe"

If you look at what he said carefully, you already know he has entered the portal, the game has already started because he already started to shoot players with the hoe. That proves he was not

-Insulting

-glitching

-Hackin

-Advertising

-spamming

-threatening

-using inappropriate content

-harassing

Nor he was bullying anyone

As for as I know, it wasn't a trial who banned him and I'm not sure if autoban can ban players permanently. If you ask me, he has not done anything wrong and he shouldn't be banned, he's got proof of being banned and not hacking swearing etc. because his father has confirmed it.

There is no chance he was hacking. He doesn't know how to do that and he wouldn't do it. His user name is Jay so I imagine it's common.
