Banned and don't know why

There's a screenshot. Can someone please explain why he was banned?

Okay,here's the proof,but if It's that ban I think it means he must of hacked,or did something that seemed like hacking.There are many staff in disguise banning,but I'm not staff,I'm just a VIP member so I'm not %100 if that means he was doing something that seemed like hacking,or actually hacking.It might of been someone in his username hacking.

Phoenix,his son is SEVEN,my bro's 6 and doesn't know what any of that means.He can't even read or write.This is why I think someone in his username must of hacked.

I don't understand how no one can tell me why he was banned. The message says come appeal a ban here, but all I'm getting is a bunch of maybe this and could be that. Can anyone fix this? Or at least actually tell me why he was banned? What is the point of telling people to come to this board if you can't do any thing to help?

The reason why we bring people into this is because the people we tag are the people who are responsible for banning.Rest of us can't ban,sectional moderators,trial moderators,global moderators,and helpers can ban,along with the owner.

He was playing quake and it suddenly said his son's banned.The only thing that probably happened is that someone used his son's username,and hacked,or said sexual things,or role-played.

Calm down, let us see which mod banned your son so that he/she can explain why he/she banned him. Please give us a while to settle things and then we'll be abled to unban your son if he is not guilty for breaking our rules. Sir,please calm down.We're just saying our thoughts,when we do the @ things it means we're tagging people,and this thread all staff have been tagged.And when they have been tagged it will notify them,but if no staff is not active,we can't do anything.
