As I said I see good in this but this won't stop people from cheating and I really think many people will try and take this to their advantage.

See yea....and for someone who has less then 1k and they want to join their friend who has over 8k and can't because their difference in rankings....in a sense this is skill.
And abs you can't take out the fact this applies to levels. Those wins and losses are still exp and those are still levels!! You will not find someone with over 10k wins and see them with a lvl 19 character
So in a sense we are correct in our judgement. And this will cause an uproar.
