i ignore her when she being rude in grm or frm or pvt but shes really rude girl. ! btw.. shes muted already for 6 days

Remove her or add her to your ignore list. What she said is ridiculous, but I don't think she can be muted for something she said in GRM. Probably depends on the staff member, like every other report for some stupid reason. That's probably worth a temp ban though.

I removed her from my fr before but she said shes sorry and i gave her a 2nd chance...but she keeps doing it so i will remove her. Shes just a kind of person that doesnt care.

But to swear and insult in a server that has rules to not do these stuff, thats not right. If she swore in a world that has no rules than ok.
