Normally it's okay to swear a bit in FRM and GRM, since it's just the person's friends that receive the message. You've already removed her so that's fine.
Also, swearing in CRM will be bannable in the new list of rules that is being written, because CRM messages go out to a lot of people, not just the person's friends. And yes, we're gradually writing the new rules... it will all be a lot more clear when they are finished.
