It does not give you maximum powerful articles and abilities because:
1. You did not actually did anything to help the server. Just making videos about the server and posting them on youtube to attract subscriptions did almost nothing.
2. Wouldn't it be an unfair advantage if others don't run a youtube channel? You will beat them easily and people will quit.
3. The staff is afraid YT rank holders will brag about their channels and spam the chat with random coloured words, and it can be a visual pollution to some users. Also it will just make the community toxic.
4. Currently the "powerful stuff" can be only bought with in-game currencies. And that shows your loyalty to the server. If you can get them as easily as getting the rank, wouldn't it cause grief for those who played on this server long to get those powerful kits and items?
I don't know if you understand my language or not, but these are my reasons and opinions. I am NOT staff by the way, in case you don't know.

All you can get with YT rank is the YT prefix. As other players have already stated if you would like higher perks please help support the server by purchasing a V.I.P rank.
