so recently i was contacted by Carlos Br Games saying he cant get the YT Rank.

Carlos cannot receive the YouTube rank because he has 3 or over warning points, the admins may remove his warning points depending on what he's done, then he can get his YT Rank

I have set the YT rank for him - can you ask him to check if he has it? (Just in case it didn't work for some reason)

I've already checked his stats, it says rank has the YT rank.
