Can u show proof you own both accounts?
This can either be done with a screenshot that says "Welcome back <name>!" or by telling us your stats (like wins, losses, skin you last used, kills, deaths, level, what device you play on, etc)

I wouldn’t be having this problem but i am because one day I joined ur server I was logged out and I tried every password I could think of that I used and none of them worked. T caused me to not be able to play on ur server. I recently just added ur server back and made a new account so I had to start over. I also think I was between level 15-20 maybe
