YouTube Troubles

So, I saw the YouTube ranking earlier and thought it would be nice to submit my account, so I can get support. There's nothing really on it yet, but I plan to upload gameplay and speedart videos on it when I have everything set up. Like my name here, my YouTube name is Cassie Rose with the same icon as the one I have here as well. My channel *did* formerly go under the name of Sparkly Sylveon, though but I originally abandoned that name years ago. It's a channel mostly for roleplay, but I do want to post and do a bunch of other stuff with my subs.

Anyway, back to the ranking. I entered my email and my username, but it said the channel was claimed by a user named BloodHerobrine. (very edgy name BTW) Is there a way I can still get the YouTube ranking under my channel's name?

I edited out the "[Insert Name's Here]'s Fire" because I'm not too comfortable having my real name thrown around.

That's alright. I'm currently- erm... disabled if that's the word, so I have a bunch of time to get stuff situated. I'll return when I meet 100 subs. Thanks anyway! ^w^

But yeah. I'm sure the Moderators can transfer your YouTube Ranking , but I think that the "BloodyHerobrine" guy has to get rid of the Rank, ( I seriously think whatever I said up there didn't make any sense ) .
