Youtube Rank!

Hey! I was trying to claim the YouTube rank and I didn't have enough subscribers, but I tried again today since I hit 100 and it said users with 3 or more warning points can't claim the rank. Are these warning points permanent? Because I don't know what I did to get them, I may have spammed /YouTube 2 times but that was because I was excited to get the rank, so will I ever be able to claim the rank?

I think only higher admins of staff can remove warning points :/ You might have to change your name and try claiming the rank again. Sorry.

Yeah but that's a 25 percent chance they are gonna remove so it's recommended you change your name.

Change your IGN and type / youtube Email Channel and Channel Name
