I am not sure if an Admin or a Global Mods can reset warning points on YT. And i also know to able to claim your YT rank you should have a BrokenLens video, 100+ subcribers, No Illegal activities on your videos like (Stealing Minecraft), and also you need a proof of your channel that you really own it.
