YouTube Rank (NEED Help)

I not annoyed at not getting it but it would be nice to have it, i have a youtube channel containing over 230 subscribers and i entered in all my information but it says its incorrect

Usage: /youtube email name
My channel is DeadOrAlive_Pro
My in-game name is DeadOrAlive_Pro
I tried my channel information which is correct and the entire time it said incorrect and now i have 3 of the warning points and now cant claim it, can some help me?
