Youtube Rank Application and Problem

So I use to own a youtube rank on my old account (Lexi_AwesomeGirl) over a year ago. I then got a new Minecraft account after the better together update made it that,
1. No underscores can be used in user names.
2. You had to make a XBox account to play on servers.
Now I am trying to get youtube rank on my new account (LexiIshBoss) but I am unable to because the rank is currently owned by my old account. I don't know what to do because I cant access my old account to remove the rank and add it to my new one. Please help. If possible can you remove the rank from my old account so then I can add it to my new.

I make Broken Lens content and I have 100 subscribes.
This is a repost of what I had asked before when I didn't have 100 subscribers.

Youu don't need to create a new account to get the yt rank back.
Because if you forgot the password of the old one, we can reset it.

The thing is that you still have access to your old account on BrokenLens.
All you have to do is /login > type in your old username > the password of the old username > confirm

If you provide proof you own both accounts, I believe the rank can be transferred
