My channel name is MihirDotGG
I have 230 subscriber and 1 BrokenLens video.

The reason why you cannot claim the YT tag is because you have 3 or more warning points under your username.

Also we have recently changed the subscribers requirement to 1000 & right now you haven’t reach that amount. When you have 1k subscribers ask an admin to set the rank for you :)
