YouTube command not working?

So when I went to do the command in the preview it showed youtube email highlighted like it recognized it then highlighted the Channel Name part but once I typed it grayed out. I tried typing it out once as youtube email Flurpledur and it failed. Is the command broken? And is there another way to get the yt rank?

I just did it told me the command format which I entered correctly as /youtube email channel name, but it didn't recognize my channel name

Ok so I got the command to go through and twice it said incorrect info. I have over 1k on my channel

Can you provide proof that you are the owner of the channel on YouTube? For example, take a screenshot of where you logged in with this account on YouTube, if you do it, the staff can set your rank for you. (Copied and pasted)
