I have another perspective. He was invisible on my end as well even if he has a visible skin. He also had no-clip enabled so it's likely he's using another form of invisibility like an effect or something. If that was the case then the other players I have reported in the past for being invisible are actually cheating.

Already spying him for 3rounds, and he's invisible,my friends are come for help to,and they said,"he's using invisible skin prog"


Also there's only small percent change this was an invalid player report.

When you can’t see a players name or their shadow when they’re invisible it’s just a glitch- which happens here
