- Sorry for the late upload, I was busy (with the Lix and Wolfix oneshot, and school)
- Sorry for the abundance of threads in le Off-Topic section. I promise this is the last thread of the day.
So here is the long awaited YLYL Chapter 8!
Sorry if this seems rushed, because it actually kinda is, so some stuff is a bit out of place but eh xD~~~
Rundas laid on the couch, his face staring up at the ceiling but his eyes closed. He was tired. He felt someone poke him, but he shooed them away. However, they were persistent. Opening one eye, Rundas looked at the person. It was Sara, and she was calling him to dinner. Rundas rolled his eyes and declined, saying he wasn't hungry.
"You know, it's unhealthy to skip dinner," Sara frowned.
"And it's unhealthy to shove food down your mouth if you're not hungry," Rundas shot back.
"Really?" Sara looked at Rundas questionably, not believing him.
"Yes, now leave me alone, I'm tired," Rundas mumbled. He actually lied about the fact that it's unhealthy to shove food down your mouth if you're not hungry. He didn't know if it were true or not, he just made it up on the spot so he wouldn't need to go to dinner. Sara sighed, but left him alone.
Rundas had been discussing some quite hilarious matters with Rouge that afternoon, and set up yet another prank on Ray with Elania (this time, they made Ray slip on a banana peel. Goes to show you should always look where you're going) which is why he was completely bushed ( worn out / tired out ).
Little did Rundas know, Rouge was quietly creeping up on him, a toy cockroach in her hand... don't ask where she got it, please. She may have brought it along just for pranking use but still, we should respect her privacy.
"HOLY S*** ROUGE DON'T EVER DO THAT AGAIN!" Rundas exclaimed. Rouge had slid the toy cockroach down his back and whispered into his ear, "I think a cockroach just crawled into your shirt" which scared the hell out of Rundas who, by the way, was still breathing heavily. Maybe if he'd gone to dinner none of this would've happened. Rundas sighed. He set his head back down and shut his eyes.

Rouge had walked away a while ago, but now she was back. Rundas grumbled something along the lines of "go away and let me sleep" but Rouge still sat next to him.
"Okay firstly, if you don't want anyone to disturb you, you should go to your room. Secondly, why didn't you go to dinner?" Rouge said, a hint of worry in her tone. Rundas rubbed his eyes, yawned and got up.
"Oi, where are you going?" Rouge asked. Rundas rolled his eyes.
"You just said if I don't want to be disturb I should go to my room, so I'm doing that exactly." Rundas took the very soft and nice-for-cuddling pillow from the couch and left to his room. Rouge just shook her head and sighed.
"Idiot," she muttered, chuckling to herself. She saw the opened bag of chips Rundas had left on the couch and grabbed it immediately. Seeing the ants around it, she sighed once again.
"There goes one bag of chips." Rouge got up and headed for the kitchen to give the bag of chips to Sara to deal with.

When Pixie woke up the next day, a feeling of realisation struck her - Tuesday, which was literally only two days away, was Valentines day. This was just the right thing Tan could and probably would use to see who to eliminate this month. Plus, there was a CCTV at the end of the hall, Tan could use it to monitor who gives who chocolates, love notes, and etc. Pixie thought about it, wondering if maybe she should give Wolfie a Valentine's card as a joke, but deciding against it as Tan could take it to be real.
Pixie stretched tiredly and took a quick shower before getting dressed. Looking out her window as she did the last button of her button up shirt, Pixie noticed Tan planning something with a person who looked to be an architech.
Her iPhone, which sat quite lonely on her desk, rang loudly enough for Pixie's once wallowing thoughts to exit her mind. Pixie picked up her phone and looked at the caller - Phoenix.
"Just great. I am not in the mood for teasing right now," Pixie mumbled as she pondered about whether she should answer or not. Finally, Pixie swiped the "decline" button a set down her phone.
This was what fate had planned, okay?
Pixie glanced again at Tan and the guy. Maybe they're gonna make a pool, which actually sounds like a very decent and also awesome idea to Pixie.

Elania stood, shocked. Typi had just admit to her that she liked Ray and wanted to tell him, on Valentine's Day.
"Well, why not a card?" Elania heard herself say. Of course she'd think to give a card. How classical of her.
"Actually, that isn't a bad idea," Typi said as she thought about it. "Okay, I'll do a card. But you have to help me!"
Elania chuckled. "All right then. Let's get started, shall we?" Typi nodded. They walked to Elania's room.
As they arrived at Elania's room, Elania opened the door and walked it, Typi following right behind her. Elania took out a piece of paper and a pencil from her desk drawer and set it on the desk.
"So what should I write?" Typi asked, looking at Elania. Elania thought for a moment, before writing something down.
"How about that?" she asked, smiling as she saw Typi did.
"Perfect! Thanks, Elania. I really appreciate it."
On Valentine's Day, Typi held the card close to her as she stood in front of the door to Ray's room. She knocked on the door and waited for the reply.
"Yes?" Ray's head poked out from inside his room. Typi stood there frozen for a moment, before Ray standing in front of her registered in her mind.
"Uh, I just wanted to give you this," Typi mumbled. She handed Ray the card then ran off. Ray looked dpwn at the card in his hands. A hue of red made itself clear on his cheeks as he read what Typi had to say.
"Happy Valentine's Day!
Can I say I think I'm in love... with you?"
Typi stopped running at the sight of Elania. She had told Typi to be brave and write and give Ray that card.
"Thank you." Typi grinned as she hugged Elania. Elania hugged back, chuckling.
"No problem."

Manwee, Aypi and Mooney were hanging around in Mooney's room when Aypi got an idea. She stood up from where she sat on Mooney's bed and walked over to Mooney and Manwee, who were talking about something.
"Excuse me, Manwee, may I borrow Mooney for a while?" Aypi grinned. Manwee rolled his eyes but nodded anyway. Aypi whispered something to Mooney, which made her cover her mouth, trying to prevent her laughter from seeping out.
"Aypu, that is an amazing idea. Let's do it!!" Mooney exclaimed as she got out a piece of paper and a pen. She wrote a quick note on it, before shoving it into Manwee's hands and ordering him to go give it to Ray.
"And no looking inside!" Mooney had said strictly, before Manwee left her room. He was tempted to look inside, but he didn't. He saw Ray walking downstairs and called out to him as he ran to catch up with him.
Ray turned around and looked at Manwee. "Yes?"
"Here." Manwee handed Ray the piece of paper, which had become crumpled from its journey in Manwee's fist. Ray carefully unfolded the paper and stared at what was written on the piece of paper, blushing furiously.
"... I, um, didn't know you were gay, Manwee," Ray mumbled. Manwee's eyes widened.
"Wait, what? I'm not! Mooney just asked me to give you that paper! I swear I don't even know what's on it," Manwee said. He snatched the paper from Ray and read it.
"Ray, I love you. I really do. And not in the way a friend does.
Love,
Manwee"
"What the f. Ray, forget this paper ever existed. I'm gonna go murder Aypi and Mooney now," Manwee said before he ran off again. Ray just stared at him then continued on his journey down the stairs.
