Yep my house is hunted

so I'm watching youtube nothing new And I earn a quack from a rubber duck in my head wait we don't have a rubber duck so I kinda shake 25 min later I can hear someone breathing it was really loud So when I got up to turn on the lights I saw a black figure looking at me
And when I turned on the lights it was gone like a bad dream ._. Have u guys experience this before this is like my 5th time now
