xMel_ Account banned

I’m MattZz_ , Mel asked me to level up until 950 levels and I suppose that Mr. @Majestic6495 , telled to someone that Mel account was hacked by [ supposed to be me ] , @xMel_ was the victim , I want this account back for Miss Mel
I have the proof of it that i was the one in Mel account [ by her authorization]

Mel can’t be Distoxicqted , and i can’t be Distoxicqted , so how did he get her pass ? And if I know the pass and I know how to contact Mel ,is there a way to save her account ?

He’s apparently the user which hacked her account, whenever he logged in it put his username on the device / Xbox account.

We could reset her password so she could change it to something stronger? @ssunsett
