I think u need to add him in xbox app or in mcpe xbox friend search thats all i know...

It's because you said you're 13 I think. If you said you were 18+ it might not of happened. I'm not 100% though.

No, I can't. I changed it to 18+ it still didn't work I signed in signed out. I will check the thread the person made if this happened
