Xbox live help

Question : what do I do about the code? I tried on gmail with 2 accounts I just created it doesn't work

No. Create a new gmail account such as register, and then create a new account for the xbox live account just like the new account if you registered it.

When I go into gmail to get the code it says "Google can't detect that account" or something but I created one.
