So... I went to make an account, but tried to go back after seeing that HermioneJG was taken, but it was too late and now I can't and how do I sign out? I want to stay aa HermioneJG for now but it's made me AlmondYard something or other, I hope this is the right place to put this, gah Microsoft I hate everything right now ;_; Yeah, this post I should really badly written I'm in a state of panic and distress.
Just how do I sign OUT of Xbox Live?

Go to Settings > Profile >Sign Out of XBox Live

To log out of your Xbox Live account, go to Options from the start menu and scroll down until you see the Sign Out button as shown in the image below. There are two subscriptions to choose between, divided into tiers; 2 users and 10 users. The cost varies depending on the size of the tier.

This whole thing sucks -.- Good thing I signed into xbox live a long time ago and it's my IGN anyway.

Hermione, you can change your xbox live name to like HermioneJG[numbers or other letters] or something like that, what just sucks is transfering everything. Do you think vertx will make transfer tickets free for a while?

Hazard said they're trying to figure out what to do about transferring stats, so that might be what happens. He also said they may not be prepared for it in time though. Did you see his thread?

Yeah. I get the idea, online safety... but this is done very badly. They're more likely to cause people to just leave Minecraft. Even if it is just a Microsoft account, who really wants to make that just for Minecraft? And it's not a big deal for people who mostly or only play in their normal worlds, but then there are people like me who spend most of their time on servers and will have a lot of progress wiped away if there isn't some way to deal with transferring accounts ('cause I don't think I'll be able to get a transfer ticket). I know it's just a game and this stuff won't have an impact in the real world, blah blah blah, but still...
