people are telling me to get an Xbox live (which I already have) because soon you are gonna need Xbox live to play on servers.

1) Is this even true?

2) If it is true, would staff transfer our stuff onto our Xbox accounts? Because I worked pretty hard to get everything I have now.

Most people don't have a choice so probably. We don't really know what he is planning but once he is done I'm sure he'll explain what to do.
