1: origins
so piglins are humanoid pigs. they are very weird wielding swords and crossbows, lets see
the three piglike mobs in game are the hoglin, the piglin, and the pig. the piglin shares more similarities with the hoglin. both have pure white eyes, skin colored skin and both have yellow-white tusks. so does this mean they're related? maybe. as shown by the galapagos islands, if you separate a group of creatures away from another group of creatures, they may evolve to fit their environment. the ones who can adapt the quickest pass down their traits to other generations (also known as survival of the fittest). so this may mean a group of holiness were separated, and had to adapt to whatever needs necessary. though i think this unlikely though. what use of walking on two legs does benefit piglins?
2: crossbows
the crossbows piglins wield in battle look identical of one you'd find in the overworld. how has the exact same design from the overworld gotten into the hands of the piglins, yet alone, feathers and flint to get arrows. you need tripwire hooks to make crossbows, which also requires
3: iron
to make tripwires, you need iron. HOW THE HEC DID IRON GET INTO THE NETHER? for bartering, they even give out iron nuggets. and yet we don't see the piglins ever using iron armor or tools (unless you've dropped some). strange.
4: mining
first of all, many mojang sources say that the ancient debris is the result of "piglin mining activities". first of all, piglins can't mine. second, if the pigeons did mine up all of the netherite ore, wouldn't we see abandoned minshafts and such? third, if the pigeons mined up all of the netherite in the nether, why don't we see chestfuls of netherite ingots instead of the occasional nephrite scrap and not. fourth, why? what reason do the pigeons have for mining netherite? theres no diamond in the nether so they can't craft-
wait...
5: diamonds in the nether
ok so
in bastion remenants
u have a very low chance of finding diamond tools
im not kidding
how the heck did piglins get their hands on diamonds? just how like srsly
6: the lodestone problem
how do the piglins have lodestones in their chests? you might say, "because they have netherite" but i say no u have small brain. to craft lodestones u need a nephrite ingot and chiseled stone bricks. so to craft chiseled stone bricks you need 2 stone brick slabs. to get stone brick slabs u need stone bricks. to get stone bricks u need stone. to get stone you either use cobblestone in a furnace or get a sick touch pick and yeah. so if a pigeons were to go to the overworked to get stone theyed be zombified by the time they find stone. so this is very screwy
7: order of items
like i was saying pigeons prefer gold. why? it is shown that they have iron and diamonds and netherite.. you'd expect several pigeons rush at you with full nephrite instead of easily defeating a buncho naked bois
