No hacker can possibly give himself OP. In-Game users and Staff Members cannot OP anyone. We do not have the permissions to do so.

I talk to Vertx lol. Sometimes when a user reports someone in-game too, it might kick them, im pretty sure

Being kicked and being banned are two whole different things ._. When you're kicked, I'm pretty sure you can just immediately rejoin. When you're banned, well, you can't come back until however long you're banned.
